Ứng dụng Android EULA không có công ty?

Đáp lại câu hỏi đầu tiên, tôi sẽ khuyên bạn nên tìm kiếm một EULA mẫu "click-wrap". Nó cho phép bạn "điền vào chỗ trống".

Tôi cực kỳ tò mò về các thỏa thuận EULA liên quan đến Google. Lý do chính tôi nói điều này là do tôi không chắc chắn liệu những thỏa thuận này có nhằm mục đích bảo vệ chính Google chứ không phải nhà xuất bản.

Google nêu rõ: "Xem xét chuẩn bị Thỏa thuận cấp phép người dùng cuối (EULA) cho đơn đăng ký của bạn. EULA có thể giúp bảo vệ cá nhân, tổ chức và sở hữu trí tuệ của bạn và chúng tôi khuyên bạn nên cung cấp cho ứng dụng của mình."
