Hình như bạn không có tính năng ASP IIS7 được cài đặt.

Để cài đặt nó: Start -> Run -> appwiz.cpl -> Rẽ tính năng của Windows hoặc tắt -> Internet Information Services -> World Wide Web Dịch Vụ -> Phát triển ứng dụng Các tính năng -> ASP (kiểm tra và sau đó nhấp vào OK)
